Raw feeding isn't for every dog, but let's be real… most of what's on the shelf is recycled filler pretending to be the real thing. Raw Dawg doesn't play that. We're whole-prey, built around what your dog's inner wolf was wired to eat: muscle, organ, bone, the full instinct blend, zero shortcuts. We stand behind every single chub, and we back it with our "Feral or Free" guarantee.

  • Good for first-time orders of a single box or less. Try us! We've got nothing to hide.
  • One guarantee per dog, per person, per email, address, or household. Keep it honest.
  • If your dog turns its nose up or it's just not the vibe, hit us up within 1 week of delivery and we'll refund you. No hoops, no hassle, no hard feelings.
  • It's raw, so there's nothing to ship back. Keep it, donate it, hand it off to the neighbor's pup — it's yours.
  • Refund covers the product. Shipping's non-refundable.

If your dog doesn't go feral for it, you're out nothing for finding out.

How to request

Email hello@myrawdawg.com with your order number within 1 week of delivery. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Nothing to ship back.

Damaged or thawed on arrival (cold-chain)

Separate from the satisfaction guarantee: if your box arrives thawed, with damaged packaging, or outside cold-chain integrity, email hello@myrawdawg.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the shipping label. We'll replace it at no cost. Do not feed product you suspect lost refrigeration — handle as you would any raw meat that lost refrigeration.

Subscriptions

Pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account or hello@myrawdawg.com — no fees. The Feral or Free guarantee applies to the first box of a new subscription. Founding Pack commits (Alpha 3-month / Beta): cancelling before the commit ends forfeits the founder discount on remaining boxes. Prepaid plans run to the end of the prepaid term.

Keeping it fair

One Feral or Free guarantee per household (first order). Beyond the first order, we still make it right for genuine product or transit issues, but not as no-questions-asked. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in confirmed cold-chain failures.

Disputes, changes & contact
