Shipping Policy
Raw Dawg is a frozen, raw whole-prey dog food. Every order ships cold to protect the cold chain from our facility to your door. We currently ship within the United States only.
1. How we ship
Orders are shipped frozen with insulated packaging and coolant designed to keep your order cold in transit. Please plan to receive your order promptly and move it to a freezer or refrigerator on arrival.
2. Shipping rates
Shipping subsidies apply to active subscriptions only — no subscription, no shipping subsidy.
- Subscription — local zones (1–3): you pay a flat $9.99; Raw Dawg covers the difference.
- Subscription — zone 4 and beyond: you pay 50% of shipping; Raw Dawg covers the other 50%.
- One-time orders (all zones): you pay the full shipping cost.
- Giveaway winners: pay shipping (Raw Dawg may cover local zones case by case).
3. Cold-chain and thaw-on-arrival
If your shipment arrives partially or fully thawed, with damaged packaging, or outside the cold-chain integrity window, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package on arrival, the shipping label visible, and the product's condition. Do not feed the product if you suspect cold-chain compromise. Verified cold-chain issues are handled under our Refund Policy, including replacement at no cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in confirmed cold-chain failure cases.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows vary by destination zone. We are not responsible for damage caused by delayed customer-side handling (for example, a box left outside for an extended period after delivery). For packages a carrier reports as delivered but you cannot locate, we will help open a carrier investigation; outcomes vary.
